So we’ve been back from our tour with Sunlight Ascending for about a week now. We had an amazing time out on the road with them. They are some of the best tour mates ever and even better people! We’re trying to catch up on sleep and it’s nice to be in our own beds, but we are already missing being on the road with them.

There are so many people to thank from these past two weeks! We were seriously spoiled for most of the tour and it was great to meet such awesome people along the way.
First off thank you so much to James from Sunlight for booking this tour. He did a fantastic job and we’re really proud to have been a part of it. Without you this tour would not have happened.
We cannot thank Dan Harder enough. Due to U-Haul not knowing how to install a hitch on a van, he drove our trailer and without him this tour would not have been possible!
Brenden, thanks for doing our merch and for all the unnecessary stage dives/moshing. No thanks for how bad your feet smelled.
The Schultz family for allowing us to invade their house. You guys are a family to us and we are deeply indebted to you for all of your hospitality. Clawson has become a home away from home for us!
Thanks to WNUR 89.3FM for allowing us to play a couple of songs on the air. That was absolutely frightening, nerve-racking and exciting.
Sir Hans, as always it was a pleasure seeing you in Chicago. Next time we’ll definitely get some Kuma’s Corner.
Thank you to Joshua Carlton from Chiaroscuro for allowing us to crash at your sweet pad (that place SERIOUSLY rules!). We had a blast hanging out with you and hope to be able to play some more shows with you guys soon!
Travis McCleery, it was awesome seeing you. It’s been way too long and thanks so much for throwing a little gas money our way!
The Ascent of Everest, you guys took such good care of us. Thank you so much for the pizza party and allowing us to shoot off fireworks in your backyard. You are some of the coolest people and it was awesome to finally be able to meet you!
Thanks so much to the guys in Knoxville for letting both bands jump on that show last minute!
Zachary M. W. Corsa of Lost Trail fame, you rule for letting us come over so late in the night and take up all of your floorspace! Hopefully next time through we can do a show there!
Andrew from Stereo Killer, thanks so much for letting us use your entire living room and for driving all the way up to Philly for our last show!
Christian from Boston. Words can not express how much it means to us for coming such a long way to see us. We wish we had more merch to throw your way. We’ll take care of you on our next round of goods.
Michael Kegg and crew. You guys were the best audience! Thanks so much for coming out. Your enthusiasm for what we do allows us to keep going. We needed that show as much as you guys said you did! What a way to end tour!

I hope I didn’t forget anyone. It already seems like we’ve been back for so long even though it’s only been a week.

All the bands we played with, especially Good Weather for Airstrikes, Rocket Miner, Chiaroscuro, The Orchid, Until Sunrise, and Sea of Words. It was a pleasure hanging out and playing with all of you guys. Let’s do it again soon!

Finally, Sunlight Ascending. We miss you kids already! We need to do this again. Thanks for putting up with all the shenanigans and cramming in the van with us. You’re the best tour mates ever and we can’t wait to get back on the road with you guys.

We’ll throw some video and pictures up soon.

Thanks again everyone for your support and encouragement. We do this for you and it means the world to us that we can keep doing this because of that.
